Please be advised that all outdoor adventure activities at Glenworth Valley are subject to prevailing weather conditions. Customers accept the risk that weather conditions they consider unsatisfactory may occur on the date booked. Customers also acknowledge that bookings will not be refunded unless cancelled by Glenworth Valley.

Up until 48 hours prior to the commencement of the activity - bookings may be transferred to another date without penalty.
Up until 48 hours prior to the commencement of the activity - cancellations or refunds will attract a 10% administration fee.
Less than 48 hours prior to the commencement of the activity - bookings may be postponed or transferred to another date and a 50% credit of the fees paid will apply towards a future booking. No loss of fees will occur if 2 additional people are booked in for every 1 person who postpones to another date.
Less than 48 hours prior to the commencement of the activity - no refunds will be issued for “no shows” or cancelled bookings
Bookings cancelled by Glenworth Valley on safety grounds or due to continuous heavy rain are transferrable to another date without penalty or are refundable less a 10% administration fee.
